A brave little boy, and a marvellously support family. Can you help and make just a small donation?George Palmer is a 4 year old living in Devon with his Mummy and Daddy, he has cerebral palsy and needs urgent Selective Dorsas Rhizotomy’(SDR) surgery. George has just been accepted to have the operation at St Louis Childrens Hospital in America. His family need to do plenty of fundraising to cover the costs - £55,000!!!
